I called Steve from Thousand woods to ask for some advice about my floors, he promptly came over and was very professional, informative and genuine. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Steve!

We had Thousand Woods Floor do the dining room in our house, and not only was my wife and I happy, we were "Wowed" by the beautiful result.
They pulled up the old carpets, fixed & leveled the plywood hole left by an old floor furnace, installed matching new hardwood to cover the area, and the refinish job was so good that one can't tell there was ever a floor furnace in the house.
We were so happy that we had them come back and do our living room.
They used industrial grade equipment, and special vacuums to keep the dust level to a minimum. We did not have any dust in the rest of the house.
They had to come to the house several times, to apply a few coats of plyurothane (sp). Each time they arrived, they were 15 minutes early; never late.
They even custom made a transition level from the LR hardwoods to the kitchen tile floor.

Was one of the best home improvement experiences I've had in 28 years of 'improving' my 85 years old (and much-loved) home.

Steve returned calls and emails immediately. He was a concise communicator-and worked with my schedule and convenience.

As a single woman, I appreciate that his workers were polite, respectful, prompt and tidy! They did an excellent job of matching the floors in these two rooms to the rest of the home's floors.

As a landlord and a homeowner I highly recommend Thousand Woods.
